Traxxas Slash Review – Best RC Car Under $250 – DRIFTOMANIACS

Check out our Traxxas Slash Review. Is this the Best RC Car Under $250? Well that point is thought provoking but if you want a good, robust RC Starter car then it has a lot going for it with spares being very readily available (And cheap). It looks easy to work, is reasonably lightweight yet tough. It comes RTR with a charger and battery included. I’ve never driven one before but thought it was one of the best RC cars under $250 that I could find that was suitable for someone new to RC like my daughter! Sure there maybe faster cars but this was appealing as it has a training mode where the car can be set at 50% power! Lots more to come on this car so Help Grow This Channel and it’s RC adventures by subscribing here – if you like this video.

Have you tried the tacon soar or rally $200 for 1/12 brushless high quality cars

Yoloboy says:

that shell looks amazing! i have a slash to, but i have the Mark Jenkins edition.

DeguMan RC says:

Really nice car and it’s very durable.
One thing to mention for the slash is that if you break something(motor, esc,…) or the tires are used don’t buy it from traxxas, because there are a lot avaible for the slash that’s much cheaper than the traxxas one’s and better quality.
After one year of running and abusing the slash I had to change everything(esc, motor 3x, servo, tires) but it was very fun
Ps. I had to change the most of it because I ran the slash in winter where there was salt on the street so the motor and the servo rosted and I had to change the esc because I plugged the batteries with + and – instead of – and – and + and + (I know my own fault because I’m an idiot) ,
so if you don’t run it in salt or onroad and don’t plug the batteries wrong you won’t change things often because the slash is a high quality car that won’t break easily if you’re not an idiot like me

Do they make a slash 4 by 4 brushed

John Lujan says:

Thanks for the video. The Slash seems to be really cool and for the price. 30mph is not bad at all.

Jesse Co says:

Do you use body washers on your rc bodies? Do you recommended them?
