REVIEW & RUN | Feiyue FY-11 1/12 Scale RTR RC Car

**Jan 2018 update:** I want to make sure I’m sharing completely honest reviews. After the second run of this car, the servo stripped out. I ordered a new servo on Amazon for $12 and replaced it only to have that one immediately strip out when I turned on the car. It appears that the ESC was sending a signal to the servo to be in constant rotation, thus stripping out the gears. I was not able to fix the car (not a standard ESC, and probably not worth the money to buy a new ESC anyway) and contacted RC Moment about this. Have heard back and awaiting parts.

I’m back with an unboxing, review and first run of the 4 wheel drive Feiyue Knight 1/12 scale electric ready to run (RTR) RC car from RC Moment.

This is a fun entry-level RC car that comes with everything you need to get started: radio, brushed motor, ESC, lipo battery, charger, servo. It’s also waterproof.

I was gonna mention yesterday that I was new in the hobby the only car I’ve owned in the past was a radio shack toy rc. I had the same car as u in the 80s when I was a kid, lol. I got into the hobby two months ago n it’s addicting I own 3 traxxas, 2redcats, 1 wltoys, f36 drone, n bandit helicopter so I had a question on those badlands tires. How do I know which size to buy? I just bought the redcat shredder v2 1/6 n wanted to put bigger tires on it like xmaxx size which tires should I get?

Andres Dejesus says:
